                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM W. C. TOTHEROW, SR. AND
                   BETTY TOTHEROW, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 76,
                   TRACT 065, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTOR, FOR A
                   TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF THREE THOUSAND EIGHT
                   HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($3,800.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from W. C. Totherow, Sr. and Betty
       Totherow, relative to Contract No. 76, Tract 065, Daytona Heights 

       Collector, for a total consideration of $3,800.00.
